Mark Matejcek is our Production Director who spent two decades as an operations leader at Angie’s Boomchickapop, a ConAgra company based in Minnesota.

Becca Pilgrim is our Kitchen Manager with a background as a baker and chef with extensive kitchen experience.

James Trombley is our Director of Systems, Quality and Compliance with 20 years of experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and systems development.
